Our vindaloo curry powder is a spicy blend of Ground Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, Chilli, Cumin, Fenugreek, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Paprika, Allspice, Mustard, Onion, Celery. And is blended for people who like their curries to have a little heat and fire.
Add to meat, fish, poultry, vegetable and pulse based curries, use to make marinades and spicy dips. Sprinkle on to potato wedges to make hot spiced wedges. Make your own hot curried beans, to serve with a pork steak. Simply fry off some finely chopped onion, add vindaloo powder to your taste, pour in a tin of baked beans and add a few sultanas and simmer over a low heat until cooked, serve as part of a main meal or use to top a jacket potato for a warming lunch.
